BookKeeper

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Reports To: COO

Results to be Achieved:

• Maintain up to date and accurate financial records for ITECH Solutions
• Ensure cash flow to keep ITECH Solutions running smoothly
• Maintain happy clients

Work Accountable For:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Payroll
• Reporting
• Meetings

Please Note: This is a part-time, entry level position: 8-16 hours per week

PC/Network Technician

Be part of a growing, technology company on the central coast! As a PC/Network Technician, you will help diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues onsite at client offices, as well as perform maintenance services.

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Reports To: Director of IT Services

Responsibilities:

• Onsite diagnoses and troubleshooting of PC and network issues
• Routine maintenance for networks and computers

Technical Qualifications:

• Experience working with Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, and 2000 and or 2003 server versions
• Full understanding of MS Office applications
• Basic OS troubleshooting skills
• Full understanding of TCP/IP network implementations
• Experience with peripherals such as printers, routers, switches, and wireless access points
• Understanding of firewalls and port forwarding management, along with remote desktop, and VPN

Non-Technical Qualifications:

• Detail Oriented
• Strong focus, work ethic, and initiative
• Good listening, oral and written communications skills
